"I think they buried it."

"How can they bury a house, Grandma?"

"They dug a big hole.  They didn't cart that much stuff away."

"Were you standing at the window all day watching every move they made?"

"No."

"Maybe they missed a few loads?"

Then because I"m 10, my brain added 'That's what she said.'

"I think they buried it."

"I've seen pictures.  The land wouldn't be that smoothly graded if they buried an entire house."
